Proform is a market-leading low-cost retail organization based in the UK only. They currently do not have a leadership and management development program but are in a period of rapid growth and will be creating more leadership roles over the next two years. Additionally, there is concern within the senior management team that employees at lower management levels are leaving due to lack of opportunities, as most leadership positions are offered to those external to the organization.
All the instructions on how to write are attached. Also the grading system and source of literature. Must use at least 5 books. You can use Russian sources but not a lot.
